Rosebud Heun RD, MPH, has been inspired by the field of health and prevention since she was young which led her to the study of nutrition and wholistic health. She holds a Master’s Degree of Public Health in Nutrition and a Registered Dietitian degree from Loma Linda University since 2000; a Bachelors degree in Biology and minor in Psychology from La Sierra University. “To Make Man Whole” is the motto of the University, so is hers.

Rosebud has been a Public Health Nutritionist, managed County and State nutrition programs in the past. She was involved in an unique program managing the Hayward Unified School District “Farm to Table” nutritional organic gardening program, fostering the culture of healthy soil, healthy food and healthy body concepts in the school system for children from k-12 in the California Bay Area.
With her Bachelor degree in Biology and Psychology together, Rosebud formulated concepts from biochemistry/food science/human behaviors/cultures to a new understanding of how food and mind affects health. Yet, she enjoys making science simple to understand. She values human creativity, diversity, and individual choices that make her nutrition consultation, cooking classes authentic, unique and fun!!!!!

Rosebud provides health/nutrition & lifestyle lectures/ special music/grocery tours/cooking classes/ lifestyle counseling throughout California, and other areas such as New York, Arizona, Honolulu, Big Island, Oklahoma, Australia, China, Canada, Indonesia, Mexico, India, Hong Kong, Nepal, Malaysia, Philippines…etc. Over the past 10 years, one of Rosebud’s greatest joys is to see many achieve their health goals and the restoration of mind, body and spirit.
